Pricing for the median home in Dove Valley increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Dove Valley rose by $70,887 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $398,887 - a 21.6% increase over the $328,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Dove Valley in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dove Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,295, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
