Home prices increased in Sheridan during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Sheridan rose by $108,000 while total sales decreased by 39.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,500 - a 32.5% increase over the $332,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Sheridan in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
