Englewood median home prices rose by 17.1% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Englewood rose by $76,000 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 262 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $444,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 344 homes sold in Englewood in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Englewood for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,684, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
