The second half of 2021: Home prices in Centennial increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Centennial rose by $96,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 946 homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 20% increase over the $483,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,135 homes sold in Centennial in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
