Pricing for the median home in Holly Hills increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Holly Hills rose by $43,805 while total sales increased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $590,000 - a 8% increase over the $546,195 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Holly Hills in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Holly Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,460, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
