What happened to the median home price in Columbine (Arapahoe County) during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $266,250 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 74.2% increase over the $358,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Columbine in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
