Greenwood Village median home prices fell by 22.1% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Greenwood Village fell by $261,250 while total sales decreased by 47.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $918,750 - a 22.1% decrease over the $1,180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 195 homes sold in Greenwood Village in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Greenwood Village for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,061, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
