How did home prices perform in Bow Mar (Arapahoe County) during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bow Mar in Arapahoe County fell by $362,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,375,000 - a 20.9% decrease over the $1,737,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bow Mar in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Bow Mar for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $9,955, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
