Columbine Valley home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Columbine Valley rose by $227,500 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,505,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $1,277,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Columbine Valley in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbine Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $6,029, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
