December 2021: Home prices in Aurora (Arapahoe County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 64.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 210 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 599 homes sold in Aurora in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
