December 2021: Sheridan experienced a 122% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Sheridan rose by $315,750 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $574,500 - a 122% increase over the $258,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sheridan in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
