Cherry Creek median home prices rose by 2.4% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Cherry Creek rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Cherry Creek in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
