Rising home prices in Northglenn in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Northglenn rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 92.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $339,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 155 homes sold in Northglenn in the fourth quarter of 2019.
