February 2022: Englewood experienced a 5.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Englewood rose by $22,800 while total sales decreased by 89.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $447,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Englewood in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Englewood for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,684, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
