Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $113,750 while total sales decreased by 64%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,750 - a 31.6% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 417 homes sold in Aurora in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
