Rising home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $757,500 - a 5.6% increase over the $717,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine in February 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
