Aurora (Adams County) home prices fell in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Aurora in Adams County fell by $208,650 while total sales decreased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,250 - a 65.2% decrease over the $319,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Aurora in January 2020.
