Michael S., a resident of Las Animas, has secured a $100,000 prize in the January Monthly Second-Chance Drawing. He achieved this by entering his non-winning $5 Denver Nuggets Scratch ticket into the bonus drawing.
"I was shocked. I didn’t think anything like this would ever happen," Michael remarked upon learning of his win. Although he occasionally participates in Lottery games, this marks his most significant victory to date.
Employed at Hat and Spur Hardware, Michael has plans for his newfound fortune: "With the money, I am going to pay bills and hopefully move," he stated.
