Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $25,250 while total sales decreased by 79.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $421,250 - a 6.4% increase over the $396,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Columbine in October 2018.
