Median home prices in West Pleasant View rose to $410,000 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in West Pleasant View rose by $120,000 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 41.4% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in West Pleasant View in the second half of 2019.
