How did home prices perform in Bridle Dale during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Bridle Dale rose by $47,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,500 - a 12.3% increase over the $385,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Bridle Dale in the second half of 2019, as well.
