The second half of 2020: Home prices in Arvada (Jefferson County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Arvada in Jefferson County rose by $39,250 while total sales decreased by 74.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $456,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $416,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 534 homes sold in Arvada in the second half of 2019.
