What happened to the median home price in Coal Creek during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Coal Creek rose by $84,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $524,000 - a 19.1% increase over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Coal Creek in the second half of 2019.
