The second half of 2020: Littleton (Jefferson County) experienced a 10.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Littleton in Jefferson County fell by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 10.1% decrease over the $595,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Littleton in the second half of 2019.
