Applewood home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Applewood rose by $150,500 while total sales decreased by 78.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $683,000 - a 28.3% increase over the $532,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Applewood in the second half of 2019.
