Lakewood median home prices rose by 6.5% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Lakewood rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 65.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 629 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,835 homes sold in Lakewood in 2019.
