Home prices increased in Columbine (Jefferson County) during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $21,100 while total sales decreased by 69.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $454,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $432,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 363 homes sold in Columbine in 2019.
