Rising home prices in Bridle Dale in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Bridle Dale rose by $67,000 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $462,500 - a 16.9% increase over the $395,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Bridle Dale in 2019.
