How did home prices perform in Wheat Ridge during 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Wheat Ridge rose by $49,404 while total sales decreased by 68.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 122 homes sold, with a median sale price of $474,404 - a 11.6% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 382 homes sold in Wheat Ridge in 2019.
