2020: Home prices in The Valley fell

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in The Valley fell by $117,500 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $567,500 - a 17.2% decrease over the $685,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in The Valley in 2019.
