Home prices unchanged in Golden during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Golden was unchanged while total sales decreased by 74.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $602,000. There were 150 homes sold in Golden in 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $602,000.
