Rising home prices in Evergreen in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Evergreen rose by $77,000 while total sales decreased by 76.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $687,500 - a 12.6% increase over the $610,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 164 homes sold in Evergreen in 2019.
