Pricing for the median home in Glendale decreased during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Glendale fell by $6,550 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $296,550 median sale price for the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Glendale in 2019.
