December 2020: Littleton (Arapahoe County) experienced a 19.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Littleton in Arapahoe County rose by $82,350 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 19.7% increase over the $417,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Littleton in December 2019.
