Home prices decreased in Glendale during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Glendale fell by $2,400 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,500 - a 0.8% decrease over the $294,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Glendale in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,278, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
