Ken Caryl median home prices fell by 8.4% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Ken Caryl fell by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,000 - a 8.4% decrease over the $407,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Ken Caryl in December 2019.
