December 2020: Evergreen experienced a 14.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Evergreen fell by $90,000 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 14.6% decrease over the $615,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Evergreen in December 2019.
