Wheat Ridge home prices rose in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Wheat Ridge rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 52%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $531,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $505,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Wheat Ridge in November 2019.
