November 2020: Sherrelwood experienced a 9.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Sherrelwood fell by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 84.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Sherrelwood in November 2019.
