Commerce City home prices rose in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Commerce City rose by $30,100 while total sales decreased by 92.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $369,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Commerce City in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Commerce City for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,303, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
