NEW! Chronic Health Conditions Support Group
We seek to foster connection between community members experiencing chronic health conditions, illness, pain, and disability by providing a safe and compassionate space where participants feel seen and heard. We strive to help members find hope and healing despite the burden of chronic illness, pain, and disability. We will provide an opportunity to share your experience and learn from others facing similar challenges. This group will provide participants with useful information, emotional support, and hopefully will reduce feelings of social isolation. Register here for our first meeting on Oct. 27 at 6:00pm on Zoom.
